 To further demonstrate our commitment to land stewardship, PMW intends to establish a conservation easement for 35 acres of the Seaview vineyard property. This would allow for a one-to-one ratio of converted timberland and protected timberland. By establishing conservation easements, PMW guarantees protection of the land in perpetuity and ensures conservation of natural habitat.
